DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

The application comes before the tank.

A bespoke ultrasonic system should begin with what needs to be cleaned: component dimensions, weight, material, contamination, batch size, handling and the cleanliness required by the next stage of production.

UTS uses those requirements to develop a practical tank and process rather than forcing the application into a standard machine. The result can combine ultrasonics with heating, filtration, circulation, rinsing, baskets, lids, controls and other supporting equipment as required.

What customers usually need to know.

What information should I send for a new tank?

Part dimensions, material, contamination, batch quantity, desired throughput, available footprint and any cleanliness requirement are the best starting point. Photos or drawings are also useful.

Can UTS design around an existing production line?

Yes. Footprint, access, utilities, loading method and surrounding equipment can all form part of the design requirement.

Can filtration, heating and controls be included?

Yes. Supporting process equipment can be incorporated where it is appropriate to the application.
